Born in El Salvador and deeply immersed in the living Maya traditions of Guatemala, Elizabeth Araujo brings forward ancient wisdom as a respected member of the Consejo Maya Ajq'ijab de El Salvador. After working closely with the National Counsel of Elders Maya, Xinca and Garífuna de Guatemala for over 20 years, Elizabeth now shares the sacred knowledge that our ancestors have kept hidden until this crucial time of awakening.

Join us for a powerful Maya Fire Ceremony led by respected Elder Elizabeth Araujo during the cosmic Lion's Gate Portal (8/8/2025). This sacred gathering brings together wisdom keepers from the Lemurian Life Expo in a ceremony of unity and transformation. During this authentic ceremony, Elizabeth will draw a sacred glyph on the ground and explain its meaning before placing our offerings within it. She will invite the spirits of water, mountains, and our ancestors to accompany us as we present ourselves to the sacred fire who will carry our petitions and prayers to our Creator. We will honor the four directions and the 20 days of the Mayan Calendar, with time for personal prayers and intentions for peace and unity in our world. "The fire transforms, the fire purifies. Through the fire we connect with our Creator," Elizabeth explains. The ceremony will conclude with all participants joining in a unity circle, symbolizing our oneness and collective consciousness.
